Save The Date Attempt #1

After countless hours of internet browsing,
I found these amazing save-the-dates,
by Lucky Luxe.

But who can afford $300 for save-the-dates these days? So I made my own.

I got 19 8.5" squares from one yard of $6.99/yard white cotton. Printed directly on it using the freezer paper technique. The hankies are folded, pinned onto a 5X7 piece of cardstock printed with some additional info. The crochet edging will be the priciest part of the whole thing. I only got one hankie's worth out of a $2.99 spool. I'll have to shop online for something different but overall I'm pretty happy!
